I’d said a while ago that I’d like to do more photos focusing on texture and color, somewhat removed from context. I’ve always been about drawing attention to common things that I may otherwise not notice, and this feels like the next step. I’d done a little on my phone, practicing noticing good candidates, and eventually pulled out my camera. This texture caught my eye today.
