My name is Gabriel Lunesce, and I am a photographer, poet, and noise maker, madly in love with mushrooms and the moon, meandering through life toward an inner (and perhaps outer?) hermitage.
As a photographer, my work focuses more often than not on bringing attention (my own, and the eventual viewer’s) to small details in nature, things that may be overlooked. Insects, fungus, and mosses are often my subjects.
As a poet, my influences range from Li Bai to Allen Ginsberg to contemporary performance poetry.
As a noise maker, I am taken with isolated and layered sound, the music of found sound, and the accessibility of noise creation and manipulation.
I hope you find some value in the things I’ve created and assembled here.
